What have I learnt from having a research blog?
By having a research blog makes me think more and in depth towards sudden things. Some are things that we do not usually notice which we must really observe for a time period to make us realize.

What did you see?
A lot of people waiting for taxi to come.
People taking their phones to on call taxi as there is a long queue or when there are no taxi.
Some who are not waiting for taxi just sit at the taxi stand to rest or talk as there are places to seat.
What did you hear?
The queue is so long.

Hanging around with their portable games / mp3 / hand phones (producing loud sounds)

People choosing the shortest line for faster payment.
Use trolley or basket to book a place in the line for payment (and they continue to shop for some items)
